My summer goal as a teacher was to create my own blog! Well, here I am! I get so many cool things to use  and do in my classroom off of other teacher's blogs through Pinterest, I figured might as well share some cool things I've created.

I will be entering my fourth year in the teaching field and my second year of teaching my own class! I am very excited to have my first year under my belt and am very much looking forward to my second year!

So far, I have only completed one project for my classroom. I believe your classroom should be bright and engaging -which is why I back everything I make on scrapbook or fancy colored paper (I usually pick them up at Michael's craft stores when they are on sale - teacher's also get a discount). So my project was to make a "Welcome Back" banner for my bulletin board outside of my classroom. I found this really cool website that has pre-made  Bubble Letters. I printed them out, colored them, and backed them on fabulous bright paper! It is simple, but I know it will brighten the hallway! Now onto the next project!

Have a great summer! :)
